Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage of all kitchen items, reporting any breakages or damages promptly.
  • Keep all kitchen and related areas organized and tidy.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Adhere to cleaning protocols using appropriate chemicals, following daily and weekly schedules.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to a senior kitchen staff member.
  • Assist with the receipt of food deliveries, ensuring proper storage as directed by senior kitchen staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Implement recommendations from Hygiene Audits to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
