Role Responsibilities

As a Culinary Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key Duties:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu and special promotions to provide accurate information to clients and customers. Ensure the kitchen area is consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist the Chef(s) by upholding high standards in the kitchen and performing basic food preparation tasks as needed. Oversee the operation of relevant kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance concerns as per procedures. Manage the till point as necessary, adhering to established protocols. Comply with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents in accordance with procedures.

A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong focus on frontline operations. Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative team player. Previous experience in catering is essential.
