We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Design Project Coordinator at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our retail facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and inviting shopping and working environment for our customers and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for all store maintenance and Health & Safety queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Log all jobs, create purchase orders, and escalate to the Retail Facilities Manager as necessary.
  • Process invoices and liaise with the finance team for payments.
  • Monitor maintenance spends and understand budgeting and cost control.
  • Set up new suppliers with our finance team and on Maintain X.
  • Set up facilities-related services for all new stores, including updating PPM schedules with contractors and utilities providers.
  • Liaise with the project team on store closures to ensure all utilities and services are cancelled.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PPM, repairs, and inspections. Update Out of Hours call out details for stores and communicate to stores and regional managers.
  • Undertake store visits to understand maintenance and Health & Safety requirements and become familiar with the portfolios shop fittings, fixtures, and decoration.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety at work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
