Job Description

Frasers Group is undergoing a transformation to adapt to changing retail trends. As a Creative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in leading this change, driving the development of our retail estate, and delivering an elevated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and delivery of Refit Creative Projects, from store design to final product, working with project teams and external agencies.
  • Coordinate the design and programme process for new stores and refit projects, ensuring comprehensive and accountable reviews are sent to the correct teams.
  • Provide progress updates for current projects, serving as a point of contact for assigned refit stores and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Deliver individual programme-related documents, using templates to build and adapt documentation needed during each store refit programme.
  • Assist with programme coordination, attending site visits to log and standardize feedback and outstanding works, and following up on tracked accountabilities.
  • Support the Store Planning Supervisor/Lead with the delivery of store project reviews and brand deliverables, grouping functional feedback and information to share with the business.
  • Execute development projects, ensuring the delivery of retail development projects within the Group, keeping an eye on executed work in new estates and refit environments.
  • Understand and deliver retail operations, building strong relationships with key business retail partners to learn and understand their commercial strategies and elevate stores through refit.
Requirements
  • Technically literate.
  • Excellent MS proficiency.
  • Experience using In-Design, AutoCad, and Revitt Models.
