Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering & Bar Team Leader to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our catering and bar operations to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the catering and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and cash handling to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and employment law regulations.
- Manage conflicts and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and employment law regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
