About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Day Team Leader to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the concessions outlet, responsible for team members, stock, cash handling, and ensuring the customer receives excellent service.
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure they are briefed and trained, and that they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, hygiene, legislation, and employment law.
  • Deal with customer feedback and complaints, and report any service or quality issues.
  • Manage cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that guests have the best experience possible.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of licensing law and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage small groups of staff to ensure the unit runs smoothly.
  • Confident, friendly, and personable manner, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
