Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the concessions outlet, including staff, stock, and cash handling, to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote products and drive sales, while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety, hygiene, and employment law.
  • Manage cash handling and profit control measures to optimize revenue and minimize losses.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of licensing law and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
