Event Day Kiosk Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kiosk Team Leader to join our team on a casual basis. As a Kiosk Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our in-house concessions outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the outlet fully, responsible for team members, stock, cash handling, and ensuring the customer receives excellent service.
  • Be able to promote products, understand composite and processes, including menu, ingredients, allergens, and service style, etc.
  • Be fully conversant with key aspects of the till system, including reporting and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Actively work with other departments to ensure that guests have the best experience possible.
  • Be responsible for the management of all staff working in your area, ensuring they are briefed and trained, and that you develop and coach them throughout the shift.
  • Ensure that all company policy and procedure is followed, including health & safety, hygiene, legislation, and employment law.
  • Deal with any customer feedback or complaints and report any service or quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Be reliable with a flexible approach to work.
  • Must be able to work evening & weekends availability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage small groups of staff to ensure the unit runs smoothly.
  • Can take responsibility for staff, stock, and cash handling.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident, friendly, and personable manner.
  • Good communicator.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • A self-starter with a passion for excellence.
  • Able to use initiative to resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of licensing law.
  • Must have had previous experience in a similar role.
