Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the concession outlet, responsible for team members, stock, cash handling, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Promote products, understand menu, ingredients, allergens, and service style.
  • Be fully conversant with key aspects of the till system, including reporting and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Actively work with other departments to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
  • Manage small teams of staff within one area to serve customers efficiently throughout peak trading periods.
  • Ensure the unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day.
  • Be responsible for cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit.

Requirements:

  • Reliable with a flexible approach to work.
  • Must be able to work evening and weekends availability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage small groups of staff to ensure the unit runs smoothly.
  • Can take responsibility for staff, stock, and cash handling.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident, friendly, and personable manner.
  • Good communicator.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • A self-starter with a passion for excellence.
  • Able to use initiative to resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of licensing law.
  • Must have had previous experience in a similar role.
