Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering & Bar Team Leader to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Catering & Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the outlet, leading a team of staff, and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the outlet, including team members, stock, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, hygiene, and employment law.
  • Deal with customer feedback and complaints, and report any service or quality issues.
  • Manage cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit.
  • Ensure that the unit is clean and ready for service throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident, friendly, and personable manner.
  • Good communicator.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • A self-starter with a passion for excellence.
  • Ability to use initiative to resolve problems.
  • Knowledge of licensing law.
