Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Macclesfield Supported Living Network.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living in their own homes. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide individualized and person-centered care and support to enable people to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, and maintain tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, administration of medication, and managing finances.
  • Work in partnership with individuals, parents, and families, as well as other services, to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
  • Be flexible and part of a rota that includes working weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to \u00a312.38 per hour, with time and a half at weekends and bank holidays, except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, which are double pay.
