About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banqueting Reservations Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Automobile Club. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Banqueting Reservations Manager in planning and coordinating events, including venue setup, catering, and logistics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including chefs, bartenders, and event staff, to ensure a smooth event experience.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
