Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Cheltenham office

Salary: £32,500 plus car allowance and benefits

Job Overview:

As a Service Desk Analyst at Randstad Technologies, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues on the first call. You will utilize your knowledge and skills in 1st and 2nd line support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating complex issues to the appropriate support teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Utilize ITSM tools to track and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, applications, and technologies
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT sector
