We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Support Specialist to join our IT team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via various communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Log and track all incidents and service requests in our ticketing system.
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
