Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues and providing support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Log and track incidents using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain self-service documentation to assist users in resolving common issues.
  • Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in IT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
