Service Desk Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Randstad CPE. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
