Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented individual to join our growth team as a Commercial Growth Specialist. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and a deep conviction to build great businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new deals through prospecting for relevant companies and key personnel via channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Update our CRM with new leads, including contact information and relevant intel, to support outbound prospecting.
- Support our sales team in moving discussions with interested prospects to contractual commitments, including response to due diligence processes and commercial discussions.
- Conduct customer and market analysis to identify key information and support the commercial team's efforts to generate and progress deals.
- Establish action plans for Legado's commercial activity to take advantage of analyzed market opportunities and identify relevant events to support business development activities.
- A degree in Business & Management or a related field.
- Proficient with CRMs.
- A good understanding of the retail financial services sector.
- Four days per week in the office is required for this role.
