Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Surveyor to join our team and adopt our innovative methodology to execute utility and infrastructure projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert land and property guidance and services to clients.
  • Execute a variety of tasks and/or projects to a high standard, utilizing initiative and a proactive mindset to meet client deadlines and objectives, while taking pride in the quality of work delivered.
  • Establish strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers, managing expectations and discussing feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the development of junior staff members when necessary, and if applicable, cultivate line management skills to provide constructive guidance to direct reports, engaging in regular progress reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Share personal experiences to aid in the development of colleagues within the organization while continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills through specialized continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Participate in and support company initiatives, events, and social activities, embodying Dalcour Maclaren's values and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Possess either MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Demonstrate experience in leading teams or projects.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Be a natural problem solver.
  • Enjoy collaborating to achieve results.
