About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Taylors Estate Agency in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Business Development: Attract new customers and business, driving growth and achieving professional goals in a results-driven environment.
  • Mortgage Services: Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services, guiding customers through the entire mortgage process and meeting their individual needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer Focus: Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Transportation: Hold a Full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
