Position Overview

We are seeking a Graduate Surveyor to join our dedicated team. This role involves performing fundamental surveying tasks as part of the services we provide to our clients while also fulfilling academic obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver land and property advice and services on behalf of our clients.
  • Assist in executing a variety of tasks with limited supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational policies while meeting client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on various projects and exhibit flexibility to work or relocate to different offices as needed.
  • Engage in company-sponsored training and development, maintaining a detailed diary to meet academic and professional body requirements.
  • Participate in company events and social activities, embodying the values of Dalcour Maclaren and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
Candidate Profile:
  • Possess an RICS accredited or relevant degree.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team player.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
