We are seeking full-time Team Managers to guide our children's social work teams and play a pivotal role in achieving positive outcomes for families in Lambeth.

About the Role

You will assist the Service Managers within their respective areas by providing support and guidance on strategy, policy, and the future direction of the service, ensuring effective feedback is translated into service delivery.

About You

You will lead multi-agency planning for children and demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional practice standards within the legal framework to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Responsibilities include allocating team workloads and providing case management, as well as supervision with a focus on identifying risk and need.
