Location: London
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: £56,271 - £69,990
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the community?
Our Children's Social Care division is in search of a passionate and committed Child Welfare Service Leader to oversee our Assessment and Intervention Service (A&I) and contribute positively to the welfare of children in the area.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and innovative leader to elevate our dynamic A&I Service from good to exceptional.
To achieve this goal, we are well-equipped with a dedicated Clinical Service, an internal Family Group Conference Service, Parent Advocates, a Family Council, and Family Support Workers who directly assist families in ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Furthermore, we provide a robust Quality Assurance framework with a dedicated Audit and Learning Partner, along with a quarterly event known as Learningfest to celebrate our achievements and learning.
As a Child Welfare Service Leader, you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding services to vulnerable children, young individuals, and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed leader to influence social work practices positively.
Based in a central location, you will partner with the Head of Service to provide direction to your team and ensure our operational systems facilitate exemplary work with families.

We seek a manager capable of setting objectives, formulating plans, and allocating resources to achieve demonstrably improved outcomes for families. An experienced operational manager with a history of leading teams within Children's Social Care, who is genuinely committed to providing high-quality services for children and young people, will excel in this role.
Join us in leading the charge to make a meaningful difference in the community.
