Document Control Coordinator

About the Role:
CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our team. As an Information Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Creation and Management: Create and maintain document templates, convert information from project teams into user-friendly documents, and ensure accurate numbering and labelling for identification and reference.
- Document Distribution and Tracking: Scan, copy, and distribute documents to project team members and stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and tracking documents to ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration and Training: Liaise with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements, and train document specialists and other employees on document systems to ensure seamless information management.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
