Key Responsibilities...

As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will take charge of managing teams on-site and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring staff to ensure the delivery of an efficient, high-quality service to our clients.

Your Duties Include:

  • Inspiring and leading a team
  • Overseeing and managing a budget
  • Ensuring effective team communication, including fostering internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client engagement to achieve operational excellence

We prioritize the safety of children and staff. Candidates selected for this role will be required to undergo a thorough background check and provide suitable references.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year (term-time only)
