Norse Catering is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Cranmer House, a residential care home in Fakenham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to meet the dietary needs of residents
• Support the training of the catering team to maintain excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and food hygiene procedures
• Create innovative displays and meals to promote healthy food choices

Requirements:

You will have previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of food industry costs and working to a set budget. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, and you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to work.
