Norse Group is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Cranmer House, a residential care home in Fakenham. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals, ensuring the dietary needs of residents are met
• Support the training of the catering team to maintain high standards of customer service
• Comply with Health and Safety and food hygiene procedures
• Create visually appealing displays and meals to promote healthy food choices

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment with a strong organizational approach
• Good understanding of the food industry, costs, and working to a set budget
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
• Adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn and develop
