Norse Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Cranmer House, our residential care home in Fakenham. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and serve food, ensuring the dietary requirements of residents are met.
- Support the training of the catering team to maintain excellent customer service.
- Comply with Health and Safety and food hygiene procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to.
- Create innovative displays and meals to promote healthy food choices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment with an organised approach to tasks.
- A good understanding of the food industry, costs, and working to a set budget.
- A passion for delivering fantastic customer service, with strong communication skills and an adaptable approach to work.
