About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our Wastewater directorate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and delivering the strategy for reporting on compliance and performance across the Wastewater directorate.

You will monitor and report on our environmental permit, business process, and statutory legislation compliance to ensure we meet all legal requirements while maximising performance opportunities across all Wastewater areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own systems and processes across the Wastewater compliance and performance disciplines
  • Use intelligent analytics and performance monitoring to provide proactive insight into opportunities to improve Wastewater compliance and performance
  • Maximise the benefits of research opportunities through successful collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and best practice to improve how the business operates
  • Ensure the balanced scorecard metrics are utilised to improve business performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high levels of compliance and driving a performance culture in an asset management discipline
  • Experience developing and delivering strategy, plans, systems, and processes to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Proven ability managing stakeholders and senior leaders across multi-functional teams
