Role Overview
You will be tasked with the servicing, upkeep, and technical assistance of fire alarm systems. Your responsibilities will include the commissioning of systems and ensuring a seamless transition to the client.

Comprehensive training will be provided on our product range through our selected manufacturers, industry-standard training programs, or our in-house training facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute servicing, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and technical support for fire alarm systems for our clientele.

- Engage in a hands-on approach to integrate fire alarm systems within projects, collaborating closely with the project delivery team.

- Conduct the commissioning of systems and facilitate the handover to clients.
- Serve as a crucial point of contact for clients regarding ongoing issues or technical support.
- Perform surveying tasks and assist in the quoting and design of systems.

- Conduct fire inspections and manage the maintenance and operation of equipment necessary for these inspections.

- Occasionally, you may be required to provide support in other areas and stay away from home.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the maintenance of fire alarm systems accumulated over several years (essential).
- FIA or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Consistently deliver a professional service with meticulous attention to detail, quality, and customer service (essential).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving as part of a team (essential).
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of customers, clients, and internal colleagues (essential).
- Reliability and punctuality are critical attributes for this role.
What We Offer
- Competitive and negotiable salary range based on experience.
- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to purchase an additional 5 days and sell back 2 days.

- Standard working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm).
- Participation in a call-out rota, including standby compensation.
