Service Service Employment Agency Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to enhance our dedicated advice support team. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment, characterized by strong employee retention.
This position has emerged due to the need for additional adviser support, ensuring continuity in our operations. Rest assured, this is a permanent role within our organization.
Our agency has a long-standing history of serving both high-net-worth clients and small to medium-sized enterprises. We boast a robust team of advisers, supported by an Office Manager who also contributes administrative assistance, alongside six other administrators and a full-time Compliance and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designated advisers to process new business applications.
- Manage the administration of current plans and provide clients with valuations and review letters.
- Engage with clients and product providers regarding both existing and new business through various communication channels.
Our established procedures for new business and client reviews ensure that all team members operate cohesively and efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Prior experience in administrative roles within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) practice is preferred.
- Familiarity with Intelliflo and Transact is advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial products and relevant procedures.
