Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Employee Benefits Consultant in the day-to-day running of client accounts across a range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Benefits Scheme Processing: Ensure the timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing for all pensions, group risk, business protection, and other schemes/policies as required.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for new, existing, and complex schemes, including managing auto-enrolment compliance for all pension schemes.
  3. Claims Processing: Prioritize and process claims and keep clients and consultants up to date with progress.
  4. Policy Documentation: Check and issue Policy Documentation for clients.
  5. Employee Assistance Programmes: Assist clients with the implementation of Employee Assistance Programmes.
  6. New Business Quotations: Provide new business quotations for pension, group risk, and business protection.
  7. Team Support: Support, train, and develop junior team members to enable them to undertake tasks that will benefit the team and ultimately the client.
  8. Office Efficiency: Undertake project activity to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Requirements
  1. Financial Services Experience: Ideally, you will have experience working in financial services, with a solid understanding of employee benefits and pension schemes.
  2. Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients and colleagues.
  4. IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft products and company-specific software.
