Overview

Our client, a reputable financial advisory firm, is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to enhance their dedicated support team. This organization prides itself on fostering a collaborative and welcoming environment, characterized by strong employee retention.

Role Purpose

This position has emerged due to the need for additional adviser support. It is important to note that this is a permanent role within the company.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established practice known for its commitment to serving both high-net-worth clients and small to medium-sized enterprises. The team consists of experienced advisers, an Office Manager who also provides administrative assistance, and a group of six administrators, alongside a full-time Compliance and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with designated advisers to process new business applications.
  • Manage the administration of existing client plans.
  • Provide clients with valuations and review correspondence.
  • Engage with clients and product providers regarding both new and existing business through various communication channels.

Established Procedures

The organization has well-defined processes for both new business and client reviews, ensuring that all team members operate consistently and efficiently.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in administrative roles within an Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo and Transact software is advantageous.
  • Solid technical understanding of financial products and operational procedures.
