We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Financial Operations Coordinator for a temporary engagement to assist in overseeing our accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring precision and compliance with company regulations.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, delivery documentation, and supplier statements to maintain accuracy.
  • Update and maintain accounts payable records and ledgers consistently.
  • Address inquiries from suppliers and internal teams, efficiently resolving any discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Operations Coordinator or in a comparable administrative capacity.
  • Systematic approach to work.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) or MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
