James Gray Associates is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join their team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, and providing support for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain purchase and sales ledger databases, ensuring all financial transactions are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Reconciliation and Analysis: Reconcile purchase and sales ledger control accounts, supplier statements, and petty cash, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Financial Support: Provide cover for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly cheque runs and maintain up-to-date financial files and records.
  • Expense Management: Control company credit cards and manage expense reports, ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented and approved.
Requirements:
