As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day reinsurance finance operations activities, including data entry, processing financial transactions, and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with routine monthly tasks and unexpected challenges that may arise.
  • Support the Reinsurance team with processing monthly tasks, including data entry and financial transactions.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain a basic understanding of Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel documents.
  • Experience working in an office environment and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £23,900 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity: 6% of annual salary (dependent on performance and Aviva's results).
