Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Housing Administrator to join our team at Clarion Housing Group Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a highly effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.
- Report any communal repairs to contractors, maintain relevant records, and action gas safety processes, liaising with contractors and raising Purchase Orders.
- Maintain garage tenancy records, process lettings and terminations, maximising income collection, and liaise with colleagues on inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse data from various sources, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to improve service delivery.
- Prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise records, and analyse data from various sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising workload and managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
