We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Norwich, offering the flexibility to work between the office, home, and local regions in line with business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and local offers, working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities, and events. They will also take ownership of ensuring that the estates they manage are clean and tidy and free from health and safety risks by reporting fly-tipping and monitoring the grounds maintenance.

Regular travel across local regions will be required to meet our residents, depending on the requirements of the business. This is a fixed term contract/secondment until 31st March 2025, and applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
