Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

City Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Leader to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Leader will be responsible for leading the maintenance team in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective maintenance of refrigeration cases across multiple site locations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in completing planned refrigeration case maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance of refrigeration cases.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and regulations.
- Coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance to ensure achievement of company KPIs.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with City colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Knowledge of refrigeration case maintenance and repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of company goals.
