As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our refrigeration cases across multiple site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the completion of maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of the maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and travel between sites.
