Account Sales Engineer

I am currently working with a client who works on Heat Pumps and Air Conditioning Systems who are looking for a Sales Engineer for their West Midlands Branch.
Sales Engineer Job Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by combining technical expertise with effective communication skills. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and presenting tailored air conditioning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of air conditioning systems and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's air conditioning product line. - Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations. Highlight technical features and benefits of the company's air conditioning solutions. Customize air conditioning solutions to meet specific client needs and incorporate technical details into proposals. - Collaboration with Sales Team:
Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client expectations and sales strategy. - Project Transition:
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation by providing technical insights to the project delivery team. - Client Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Provide ongoing technical support and act as a trusted advisor for air conditioning needs. Use digital tools and communication channels to engage with clients both in person and remotely. - Forecasting & Sales Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and utilize CRM systems to track customer activity and sales performance.
