As a Medical Information Specialist with Swedish language expertise, you'll play a vital role in our Medical Communications department, supporting the development of life-changing therapies.
A Day in the Life:As a Medical Information Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and documenting medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Triaging and responding to medical inquiries using client-approved resources
- Identifying, capturing, reporting, and following up on adverse events and product complaints
- Maintaining and demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
- Attending team and client meetings
- Performing peer quality reviews
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
- Capability to efficiently use computer systems (hardware and software)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service orientation
