Medical Information Specialist with Swedish Language Expertise

About the Role:
We are seeking a Medical Information Specialist with Swedish language expertise to join our Medical Communications team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and non-promotional information to healthcare professionals and patients about our clients' medicinal products or devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and documenting medical information enquiries through various communication channels
- Triaging and responding to medical enquiries using client-approved resources
- Identifying, capturing, reporting, and following up on adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established timelines and organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining and demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
- Attending team and client meetings
- Performing assigned peer quality reviews
Requirements:
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
- Capability to efficiently use computer systems (hardware and software)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented
