Medical Information Specialist Role

As a Medical Information Specialist, you'll play a critical role in achieving this mission by providing accurate and non-promotional information regarding our clients' medicinal products or devices to healthcare professionals and patients.
A Day in the Life:
As a Medical Information Specialist, your responsibilities will include receiving and documenting medical information enquiries, triaging and responding to these enquiries using client-approved resources, identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints, and maintaining advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
- Capability to efficiently use computer systems and organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation
