Medical Information Specialist Opportunity
At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we're seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Communications team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in providing accurate and non-promotional information to healthcare professionals and patients about our clients' medicinal products or devices.
A Day in the Life:
You'll receive medical information enquiries through various communication channels and document them in our database. You'll also triage and respond to enquiries using client-approved resources, identify and report adverse events and product complaints, and maintain advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
- Capability to efficiently use computer systems and organizational and time management skills
