Medical Information Specialist with Swedish Language Expertise

As a Medical Information Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Medical Communications department, where you'll engage with healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and pharmaceutical customers to provide accurate and non-promotional information about our clients' medicinal products or devices.
A Day in the Life:As a Medical Information Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and documenting medical information inquiries through various communication channels
- Triaging and responding to medical enquiries using client-approved resources
- Identifying, capturing, reporting, and following up on adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established timelines and organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining and demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures
- Attending team and client meetings
- Performing assigned peer quality reviews
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in a medical-related field or life science degree (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry)
- Fluency in Swedish verbal and written
- Great communication skills in English
