About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist with expertise in the Swedish language to join our Medical Communications department at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and non-promotional medical information to healthcare professionals and patients in Swedish, utilizing client-approved resources.
  • Triage and respond to medical inquiries, identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain and demonstrate advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team and client meetings, and perform peer quality reviews.
  • Perform other assigned activities according to PPD and client procedures.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in a medical-related field or life science degree, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Dentistry.
  • Be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
