Job Title: Aftersales Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Artemis Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Aftersales Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an Aftersales Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues and answering questions related to our applications.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our applications, working closely with our development team to identify and fix problems.
  • Project Management: Manage and lead assigned projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our applications.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve the overall quality of our applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a financial services or software industry.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including experience with trading applications, OMS, EMS, PMS, and database management systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
