Job Title: Aftersales Applications Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Applications Engineer to join our team at Artemis Talent Group Ltd. As an Aftersales Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our trading applications, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for trading applications, including OMS, EMS, and PMS
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance and support in-house technology
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues and improve productivity
  • Manage and lead assigned projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Communicate with users to establish needs and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting trading applications, including OMS, EMS, and PMS
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various technologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Financial services knowledge, including Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities
  • SQL and database understanding
  • Coding languages, including C#, Python, or C++
