MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Aftersales Consultant to join our team on an interim contract basis. The role is based in Central London and offers a unique opportunity to work with a housing association.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet weekly and monthly targets for equity loan and staircasing completions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a professional and supportive manner.
- Interpret leases and equity mortgages, offering expert advice to customers and stakeholders.
- Log customer contacts and maintain accurate records using our database and case management systems.
- Collate audit-compliant application packs and conduct relevant checks on shared owners.
- Manage staircasing and equity loans caseloads, ensuring targets are met and procedures are followed.
- Support customers throughout the staircasing process, providing updates on progress and offering guidance on procedures.
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge and relevant legislation.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the housing association sector.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
