About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Coordinator to join our expanding team at Brellis Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and generating new business opportunities, contributing directly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients through targeted calls and communications, both warm and cold.
  • Sales Support: Book meetings and seminars for the external sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Market Research: Identify and evaluate new opportunities using various tools, including industry networks and professional events.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed monthly reports on business development activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work with Area Managers to ensure geographic and sector-specific targets are met.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent, or an NVQ with a focus on sales (preferred).
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
  • Cold Calling: Essential experience in generating leads through cold calls.
  • CRM Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to manage and report data accurately.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Problem Solving: A practical, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
